Breeding: bilateral spurred cordon with two vegetative points on each side
Ampelographic base: Sangiovese , Romagna clone – CREA RLB 1- On French Grave Sac rootstock
Harvest method: By hand with selection of bunches, in the first decade of October
Yield per hectare: 0.8 kg/plant
Vinification Techniques: Fermentation in steel vats and maceration on the skins for about 15-18 days
Aging: in steel 6 months, 12 months in medium-low toasting tonneau and more than 6 months in bottle
